One Thousand Times Alone
A downloadable game for Windows
You find yourself stranded in a strange place, surrounded by menacing creatures. Finding a way out is possible, but it won't be easy. Who knows what kind of monsters lurk these old caves? Hopefully you can find something to defend yourself with...
A game heavily inspired by the original Metroid as well as other Metroidvania titles.
Featuring--
The protagonist
Hey, that's you! A capable astronaut(???) who finds themselves in a strange cave. Not particularly well equipped, but very adaptable. Luckily there are a wide variety of tools strewn throughout the caverns.
NOTE:
Saving is performed by pressing 's' when directly in front of the terminals (those red things).

I enjoyed this. Metroidvanias are tricky, and you did a good job creating a maze with no map or waypoints where you have to think about how your abilities enable progression. Graphics and music are also nicely atmospheric.
